    • Well, my original goal was 5 miles a week, for 20 weeks. I started July 10 and figured that even though that seemed easy, I expected that there would be weeks where I couldn’t run. (When I set the goal I just come off 2 weeks of barely having time to get out there.) Instead, I am at 6 weeks and over 50 miles! My commitment to 3 times (or more) a week is holding out, and my times are improving so I am covering a few more miles each week. I’m pretty happy about it, but I would say a regular congratulations is in order. 🙂
